Every voucher that a customer receives requires an expiration date. This can either be set to a specific future date, or as a number of days from the date the voucher was issued.

When you create vouchers, you can choose from either of the following options:

Specific Expiry Date:
All vouchers should expire on the exact same date.
E.g 22/08/2017

Life Time Value:
Voucher expires based on the number of days from when the customer receives or purchases their voucher.
E.g. Customer has 365 days to redeem their voucher

Once the voucher passes their expiry date, it will automatically disappear from the customer’s profile.
