Point Rewards Performance

The Point Rewards tab in your Yoyo dashboard gives you a top level overview of the number of points your customers have earned and redeemed over a given time period, which can be changed using the date picker in the top right-hand corner.  

All Time Points Redeemed: the total number of points that have been redeemed by purchasing items in the points store since your launch with Yoyo.

All Time Points Outstanding: the total number of points that have been earned, but not redeemed since you launch with Yoyo. 

All Time Points Earned: the total number of points that have been earned since launch. 

The graph summarises the performance of point rewards for all rewards available in the Points Store.

Purchased: the number of point rewards that have been purchased (with points).

Redeemed: the number of rewards that have been redeemed. 

Point Store Items Performance

This section outlines each item available in the Point Store, its price, and the number of times it has been purchased and redeemed, within the timeframe selected in the date picker. This data also shows:

  • What items are the most in demand
  • An overview of the number of points your customers are prepared to spend on a reward 

Purchased: the number of times this reward has been purchased with points. 

Redeemed: the number of times this reward has been purchased and redeemed.
